Our Mission

BLESSING is an initiative which was hatched as a cocoon to give a meaning to untold children of our society. It was established with a mission to give a better future to the children who are deprived of opportunities to prove their potentials.

The organization works into two major field of development:

• Education for all

• Healthcare services

The idea of Blessing was conceptualized when a housemaid told a tuition teacher that she will work free of cost at her home if she will teach her kids as she did not have enough financial support. That’s where the idea of teaching underprivileged kids belonging to the family of daily wage earners was established. The objective is to break the cycle of traditional hierarchy of occupation-based earnings. Child of a domestic worker grows up to be a domestic worker, which continues the cycle of deprivation. Education being the biggest tool of empowerment is put into motion. When the blessing came into action the students were benefited from free coaching, these children were belonging to various backgrounds including children of families who were vagrants. With this background,Mission Blessingswas registered as an identity in the year 2015. The vicious circle of poverty begins when the major stakeholders of the society are mal nourished. Making to the square meal a day is a challenge for large part of the society, amongst which healthy food and intake of balanced meal is a far achieved dream. Another objective of Blessing is to work towards creating a society where everyone is given equal right to live a healthy life. Apart from creating awareness about right nutrition and healthy eating patterns, Blessing is also engaged in providing healthy food to children and women.

Mission and Vision:

The mission of Blessings is to provide equal opportunity for each and every child living in the society. education should not have any kind of barrier, hence the idea of Day School has been introduced. The concept of the school is to provide excellent educational program for the needy children. The vision of the organization is to provide quality education which will help a child in overall development. Special emphasis is also placed on Extra-curricular activities for the children. Reaching out: At BLESSINGS we feel that a child can develop not just by regular classes interaction, but by expanding the horizons to overall needs of the child. Apart from classroom learnings, following activities are regularly conducted for the children. • Educational Games • Storytelling and poem recitation programs • Art & craft, • Dramatics, cultural activities and many more
